Cultural ArchitectureProximity as StrategyThe Long Game
Over the past two decades, Amit Khaira has had the privilege of walking alongside young people and communities in a variety of contexts across several continents. His journey has been shaped not only by opportunities to lead and serve, but also by seasons of limitation, failure, and suffering that have deeply formed how he listens, learns, and shows up with others.
Through work in education, community development, and social innovation (often in partnership with local schools, grassroots organisations, and civic leaders), Amit seeks to contribute in ways that are practical, relational, and grounded in the belief that lasting change grows through presence, humility, and shared effort.
Conference and event addresses for large audiences, covering human flourishing, cultural architecture, community health, digital resilience, and the future of cross-cultural leadership.

Three Ways to Engage
Partner
For schools, community organisations, not-for-profits, health services, and government bodies across Australia, the Pacific, and beyond. Whether through training, art, media, or long-term collaboration; let's build something that outlasts us both.
Your tax-deductible gift supports community health promotion at the urban edge. NXT Move Plus 8 is DGR Item 2 listed; every dollar is directed toward programs, training, and community presence.
Available for keynotes, workshops, and presentations across Australia, the Asia-Pacific, Oceania, and internationally. Amit speaks to schools, government, community organisations, and large-scale conferences.
Lasting health is built in community. Not delivered to it.
We don't design programs and step away. We build genuine, long-term presence in communities, developing partnerships, training people, creating art, and walking alongside families and organisations through the slow, meaningful work of real change. That's what health promotion looks like when it goes the distance.
Evidence-Informed
Our programs are grounded in best practice across health promotion, youth mental wellbeing, community development, and the social determinants of health.
Community-Centred
We design with communities, not for them. Every program reflects genuine local needs, relationships built over time, and outcomes that matter to the people we serve.
Long-Term Presence
We measure success over years, not deliverables. Genuine community health is cultivated through consistent, trusted relationships, not short-term interventions.

Let's Start a Conversation
Whether you're looking to partner, donate, book Amit, commission a community art project, or enrol in training; we'd love to hear from you. Every collaboration starts with a conversation.
